Our crew members have grown in number as our number of vessels have grown and we can rely on every one of them to perform an outstanding service to our guests, whatever their role.

We have a policy of four crew to eight guests, Skipper, Steward, Chef and Wildlife Guide, the highest ratio in small-ship cruising in Scotland. The majority of our crew return to us every season, providing a pool of shared maritime and wildlife knowledge and expertise which makes our cruises unique. The places where we cruise and drop anchor and the habitats where wildlife hang out are a store of knowledge built over many journeys together. The past experience of our crews working together as a team benefits our guests as they spontaneously read their wishes, while onboard and onshore, and ensure they are having the best holiday experience possible.
