Hi Emma - It was great to meet you on the lovely Emma Jane. What a delighful boat she is. The Caledonian Canal was a fabulous cruise and I can’t praise the crew enough for their care and attention to detail. Without exception they looked after us with cheerfulness and good humour and made it a very special week. I feel I can’t praise your company enough. As a newly single traveller holidays can feel a bit daunting, but I wouldn’t hesitate to book a trip on my own with yourselves because you provide such a welcoming and safe environment. Emma I would like to thank all the crew who looked after me on my cruise recently. It was an amazing trip and I enjoyed it more than any trip I have done in the last 10 years. The crew worked together in such harmony and made us (the visitors ) feel so comfortable in their company on board, and at the same time helped us get to see some of the most exciting scenes on the visited islands that I have ever experienced. Ritchie, Colin, Lindsay, Ashley and Jordan made life so easy and interesting for us, each in such a different way, all experts in their own field. It was the best holiday decision I have made in a very long time. Thanks to your company and to the crew for their hard work. May I wish you and your company every success in the future; you deserve it!
