What a splendid introduction to cruising in the Hebrides! We were made to feel really welcome and looked after from beginning to end by the wonderful crew of the Lucy Mary. Enthusiastic guiding by Indy ensured that we ticked off the requisite Big 5 and a lot more besides while Sally's inspired cooking reached Michelin standards. The disappointment of not being able to launch the tender on the 3rd day due to the extreme winds was more than compensated by our first sighting of the northern lights and a particularly good last morning as we exited the narrows from Loch Spelve. This is a great way to explore and we are hopeful that we will be back for more!
