Mealtimes are the heartbeat of our cruises. Our chefs specialize in "sea-to-table" dining, utilizing the incredible natural larder of the West Coast. We source fresh, seasonal ingredients from local islands to create dishes that consistently earn rave reviews.

A House Speciality: If Rob is your Skipper, you are in for a rare treat. A skilled diver, Rob often goes overboard to hand-pick fresh scallops from the seabed, delivering them straight to the galley to be prepared by the Chef for that day’s lunch or dinner.

Shared Stories: Dining is a social highlight. Our Skipper and Wildlife Guide join guests at the table, providing the perfect opportunity to discuss the day’s sightings, share a few laughs, and plan the adventures for the morning ahead.

Life onboard: your sanctuary on the waves
Whether you are seeking high-energy exploration or quiet contemplation, our vessels offer the perfect space:

Panoramic Views: Relax in the dining deck saloon and watch the dramatic coastline glide past through large panoramic windows.

The Bridge: You welcome at certain times to join the Skipper on the bridge, learn about navigation, and see the charts firsthand.

Quiet Corners: Find a peaceful nook on the aft deck with a book, or join the Wildlife Guide on the observation deck for a pre-dinner aperitif as the sun begins to dip.
The luxury of flexibility
We don’t believe in rigid schedules. While we have a destination in mind, our anchorages are determined by the tides, the weather, and, most importantly, the wishes of those onboard. Every day offers the chance to go ashore via our boat tender to explore remote islands that few others ever reach.
For those who love to walk, we have some "one way" routes: we drop you at one point of the coast and meet you with the tender at the other end, allowing for a seamless, immersive island trek.
Evenings: reflections and revelry
There is a special magic that happens after dinner. As the anchor is set and the engines are silenced, the boat becomes a sanctuary of camaraderie. It’s a time for sharing tales of the day’s "close encounters" with sea stacks and wildlife, perhaps over a dram or two of local malt whisky. Whether it’s under a canopy of the Milky Way or the glow of a Hebridean sunset, these are the moments our guests never forget.
