Cruise date: 15 July 2026Hi Emma
Made it to St Kilda! My 50 year old dream come true!
Home again from my wonderful cruise on the Elizabeth G, I want everyone concerned know how grateful and happy I am to have finally fulfilled a long ambition.
Everything about the trip was perfect (well, if you exclude the weather). Each crew member was brilliant. They went way over and above the call of duty to ensure we had the best time possible. Charlie’s meals were exquisite, first class food beautifully presented with just the right amount.
Sarah was ever present. A cheery greeting every morning, food served with a smile every meal, saw to our every little need, and always there to lend a helping hand.
Lauren, our sharp-eyed and very knowledgeable wildlife expert made sure we were alerted to the abundance of wildlife throughout the trip, both on board and on land. I know she kept an eye on me, the slightly less able one of the group. Thank you Lauren.
And then there was our Captain, Rob. A bit of a hero, he manoeuvred us through storms and high seas to safe havens to rest up at night. He regaled us with stories and kept us informed at all times. I loved sitting with him on the bridge. But most of all I loved the fact that he got us safely to St Kilda - the place that has piqued my interest for all of those 50 years! I’m a happy woman!
Thank you all for making the whole experience so enjoyable and, most assuredly, memorable. Long may you continue making people’s dreams come true.
Yours in appreciation
