Cruise date: 12 July 2026Finally I got to the St Kilda Archipelago, a wonderful voyage on the bonnie lass Elizabeth G. The weather gods were good to us and the winds gentle and favorable. The sunshine was splendid and interspersed with occasional wafts of sea fog produced magical waterfalls of mist over Hirta, Dun, Soay and Boreray and their amazing sea stacks and caves creating a magical, sometimes ghostly, world full of wonders and colors all accompanied by a symphony of seabird sounds. Mingolay, The Monach isles and the Small Isles also beautiful and swims life affirming. Our skillful and fun skipper Alistair and his kind and able crew made sure that we were so well looked after and so well fed. A very big thank you to all of you and all at Hebrides Cruises for making me another happy memory. Looking forward to my next voyage!
