Just returned from our second holiday with Hebrides Cruises. We didn't have the fantastic weather of last time but everything else was as good. Stunning scenery, deserted beaches, great wildlife and first class boat and crew. Skipper Jake found all the most beautiful spots to visit and calmest anchorages to stop overnight. Poppy looked after everything on board, an absolute treasure. Kelda the guide found us so much wildlife and led us on our daily excursions. No coach tours, just lovely islands and walks and spotted things we would otherwise have missed. Then of course chef Andreas. How he cooked up all the wonderful food in that tiny galley was remarkable. Even making fresh bread several days and imaginative and delicious food every day and not forgetting the special cake he made for our wedding anniversary. Such a lovely touch. The scenery is the natural beauty of the area but the crew just top it off with their wonderful service day after day. Thanks to everyone for another fantastic trip. See you next August for our third one to celebrate our 70th birthdays.
