We are delighted that all of our 2018 Skippers and many of our crew members are returning to cruise with us for our 2019 season. Our Crews must be given huge credit for making our 2018 season such an outstanding success and also thanks to our amazing guests who were such fun on board. We are so grateful to over 40 of our 2018 season guests who took the trouble to write a review online, which explains so well in their own words why are cruises are so popular.  Read our reviews >

Expert and highly qualified Crew

Each of our vessels has four experienced and qualified crew members, namely the Skipper, Chef, Wildlife Guide and Bosun -  the highest crew to guest ratio in small-ship cruising in Scotland for 8 - 10 guests on board. In addition all  our Crews are passionate about the wildlife, history and culture of the Hebrides.  We are WiSE accredited to ensure none of our activities has a negative effect on the natural habitat of the places we visit or the animals we encounter.

The wider team

Apart from our regular Crews, we have a team of colleagues who can take a turn as crew or step in if needed. In particular we are grateful to Chef Pip Pedley and Bosun Phil Carr who have helped us over several seasons, providing a great service and we will be seeing them on board again in 2019.  A vital member of the Hebrides Cruises team is Sales and Shore Manager Emma Barlow,  who deals with bookings, guest communications and shore management. Emma ensures the seamless of care of our guests from the first contact and their time on board to disembarking their cruise and their onward journey.
